Trilogy to Send Messenger to SMPTE Australia

Issued June 2013

Trilogy, a world class supplier of voice communications technologies for the broadcast, industrial and commercial sectors, will attend SMPTE 2013 as part of the Amber Technology stand (G11) where it will debut its “Messenger” intercom system in the Australasian region.

Messenger is an entry level yet powerful matrix-based intercom that includes comprehensive features and functionality typically found only in far more expensive systems. It benefits users by bridging the gap between the restrictions of low-end, two-wire party line systems and the cost and complexity of full-blown professional broadcast communication systems. Easy to install, simple to use and with a low cost of ownership, Messenger is equally at home in applications large or small.

Trilogy Director of Business Development Mark Ellis said, “Messenger complements our current range of intercom systems and offers modest facilities - where scale is limited but the requirement for functionality is not - many of the advantages of our class-leading Gemini intercom system.”

Trilogy will showcase its pioneering Gemini intercom system at SMPTE, highlighting the latest advancements in Gemini’s ability to deliver real time, high-quality voice solutions across local or global networks. The innovative Mentor XL, a class-leading SPG/TSG for studios, mobile production, playout and post will also be on hand.
